Seen at Walmart, never bought weary of all protein powder taste. Boss gave me a sample and I ordered 2 tubs immediately. Tastes. Like. Eating. A. Liquid. 3 Musketeers! Tiny bit of grit that I actually enjoy, reminds me of getting ice bits in a milkshake. Better than Vega* I take 1 scoop before a workout and 1 after bc I’ve heard the body can only absorb ~10grams protein at a time.I’m so happy I can stop eating carnation breakfast essentials and go plant based like I’ve wanted to for years! ++cost effective I would have paid way more for a protein that tastes this goodThis stuff has a ton of protein && it tastes amazing so make sure not to over supplement && cause potential kidney damage. This brand is one of the better ones I've found when it comes to combination of price point, quality of ingredients and protein content. I use it post workouts and occasionally as a meal replacement.I really don't mind the flavor, although I won't lie to you and tell you that it tastes amazing or anything. It blends well with fruit, yogurt or peanut butter if you're looking to turn it into a smoothie or a meal but I often have it with just almond milk or water and it tastes fine.I have pretty severe lactose intolerance so I can't use whey based proteins, and a lot of plant based protein powders are pretty expensive. This one works well for me and although I wouldn't necessarily call it cheap, I would say the price point is much more reasonable. And worth it to avoid the stomach pain and etc.
I'm not a vegan, but my friend said I should still try this. New favorite. Awesome taste and great consistency when mixed. Try this- 1 frozen banana- 8 oz. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk- 2 heaping tbsp peanut butter- 2 scoops of this- small tbsp of Hershey's cocoa powder- 2 tbsp chia seeds
I read a few other reviews where people claimed this product tasted bad. They must have been mixing it with dirt. I started buying plant based power about a year ago and have tried several different brands and must say, the Creamy Chocolate Fudge is the BEST tasting power I've ever purchased - including whey and egg products. It also mixes easily and the price is very reasonable considering the quality. I would definitely recommend.
Probably the best protein powder I have ever had. I had to switch away from Whey because of lactose intolerance. This had good reviews and basically was my “last hope.” I tried egg protein powder and even the flavored kind just gets bland, didn’t mix well and basically I dreaded making and drinking it. The Creamy Chocolate Fudge flavor is just plain awesome - not too sweet and not overly flavored. It mixes well with my small hand held blender so I haven’t used a whisk ball yet. The shake settles in my stomach nicely without me feeling bloated. Kudos for such a great product. I have already ordered my 2nd tub. My only wish would be a 4 or 5 lb tub.
