Love this product!!!!! I don’t understand the negative reviews. If you only mix it with water, mix in warm or hot water and then add ice...too easy. I mix it in my little Ninja blender - all of the products in the pic. The Amino Energy is an amazing product that tastes phenomenal (green tea caffeine, no jitters). The greens are the best tasting greens I’ve ever tried. The MCT oil and protein is great for energy, too. We need need good fats (this is coconut oil). I have this mixture before I workout in the am. I feel amazing. If you just mix the vital proteins and watermelon Amino energy, it’s almost like a Starbucks refresher but NO sugar. So yummy.
